This offer is only available to physical shipping addresses in Canada and the 48 continental United States (no PO Boxes), and some exclusions apply.

International Orders

UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping is available for most International Orders.

For Shipments to the USA:

The $800 de minimis threshold was removed by the US government so all shipments under US $800 that were previously moving into the US without a clearance needed or duties applied are now subject to a brokerage clearance and applicable tariffs/duties. Duties, Tariffs, and Customs fees are calculated at check out.

International Shipments: Orders shipped to countries other than Canada and the USA may be subject to duty, taxes, and brokerage fees depending on the product(s) you are purchasing and the total order value. Please contact your local customs office to obtain the correct information. 

We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied one a shipment reaches your country.

It is a criminal offence to falsify the Order/shipment details. We cannot inaccurately describe the Order contents, claim a lower value, or mark as a gift. Please do not ask us to do so.

Any additional charges or fees for customs clearance or taxes must be covered by you. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

Returned orders due to refusal of duties/brokerage payment will not be reimbursed or credited by Biopods Inc.

Insole and Sock Orders

Insole and sock orders are shipped the same or the next business day they are received from our warehouse in Barrie Ontario, Canada and are sent via UPS, or Expedited Post unless another shipping option is selected. Free Shipping Orders should arrive within 7 - 10 business days, depending on proximity to urban centers. Orders shipped by Express Post should arrive within 5 business days, depending on proximity to urban centers. Orders shipped by UPS Express should arrive within 2- 3 business days.

Footwear Orders

Footwear orders (if we have the product in inventory) are shipped from our warehouse in Barrie, Ontario, Canada on the same or the next business day once the Order is received. These orders are sent via UPS or Expedited Post unless another shipping option is selected. Free Shipping Orders should arrive within 7 - 10 business days, depending on proximity to urban centers. Orders shipped by Express Post should arrive within 5 business days, depending on proximity to urban centers. Orders shipped by UPS Express should arrive within 2- 3 business days.

Our Guarantee

Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. That is why we offer a 120-day money-back satisfaction guarantee with every pair of Biopods.  Use them for up to 120 days, and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within that time, simply return your Biopods to the original point of purchase with proof of purchase. When you return your Biopods, we ask that you share why they haven’t worked for you. 

In many cases, the solution to fixing the cause of chronic foot-related issues may be a simple change to more flexible footwear or complementary therapy to address the fibrotic or scar tissue that prevents your body’s returning to optimum alignment.

Note: Please return your Biopods to your original point of purchase. Only items purchased at biopods.com can be returned to biopods.com.

Returning an Item

Returns must be postmarked within 120 days of purchase. Before mailing your return, you must call our toll-free number (1-800-351-9028) for a return authorization number (RA Number). The RA number must be written legibly on the outside of the package.

Parcels received without RA Numbers may be subject to a processing delay or may be returned to the sender.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Include your return address on the outside of the package. We recommend obtaining a tracking number to protect your investment in the event of loss or misdirection.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt, less original shipping and handling charges and related taxes.

Note: Only items purchased at biopods.com can be returned to biopods.com. Items purchased at a professional’s office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
