I have been prescribing and using Barefoot Science for years, now I have been using Biopods, these are the strengthening system that Barefoot’s claimed to be. I already experienced metatarsal pain on both of my feet and struggling to find shoes to alleviate the pain but shoes that has too much cushion is not helping it cause some back pain from the top of my body down to my legs.
