Dynamis lets users personalize the Catalyst core experience.

The dynamic arch matrix provides the foundation. Heel and forefoot stimulation pads expand the sensory engagement across more of the foot. Interchangeable inserts let the user choose the underfoot stimulus that feels best for their body, footwear, and activity.

Ideally, for most users, when the "best" insert is selected, they will notice an initial tactile arch presence that blends into movement after several steps. The insole begins to feel less like something under the arch and more like part of the walking experience.

That is intentional.

The shift from feeling pressure under the arches to its disappearance means the feet are now doing the work they naturally should: receiving information, managing forces, and adapting through movement.

Is Dynamis the same as the legacy Barefoot Science insole?

Yes and No. Dynamis carries forward the same idea of user-adjustable arch stimulus but with more adjustably. This insole also incorporates new dynamic sensory heel and forefoot stimulus pads for full-foot engagement.

Do I need to progress to the firmest insert?

No. Dynamis is not a progression ladder. The goal is not to reach the firmest insert. The goal is to find the underfoot stimulus that feels best for you.

Who should choose Dynamis instead of Catalyst?

Choose Dynamis if you want to personalize the sensory experience or if you are a legacy Barefoot Science user who is seeking the "feel" of the legacy models.

Is Dynamis an arch support?

No. Dynamis is designed to provide sensory stimulus, not to hold the arch in place like a conventional arch support. However, the firmer, higher level inserts can function similar to a support. 

Barefoot Science® Insoles are easily trimmable with scissors to fit your shoes.

To fit Barefoot Science Full Length Insoles into shoes that HAVE removable insoles, remove the shoes' generic insoles and use them as a guide to trim the Barefoot Science Full Length Insoles in the forefoot area only.

To fit the Barefoot Science 3/4-Length insoles into shoes WITHOUT removable insoles, trim the Barefoot Science 3/4-Length Insoles in the forefoot area only.

DO NOT trim the heel areas of the Barefoot Science Insoles.

To clean, simply wipe with a cloth and warm soapy water. Rinse with warm water.

DO NOT Machine wash.
