After 20 years with chronic pain, and multiple surgeries, the Biopods shoes jumpstarted my feet. I have had multiple surgeries: lower back, plantar fascia release in my left leg, and right shoulder. I have been dealing with back, knee, hip pain and had bad hemoroids. Physical therapy, multiple expensive custom made orthotics ,( all prescribed by doctors), tried and own a lot of pair of shoes, etc, made both of my feet very weak and developed 5th metatars pain that prevented me from walking. First of all: I love the 3/4 length imsoles that I got. I didn’t think I’d like them as much as full length but I like them better. Second of all: I ordered the wrong size and customer service was amazing! I shipped the wrong ones back and they immediately sent the new ones. Great experience!

I now have these in black and black on white. It took a bit of time for my feet to readjust to the flatter sole but the wide toe box has saved me after a sprained toe made it too painful to wear my old shoes and I feel my feet and legs are supporting themselves more than they have in years. They are comfortable, they are cute. They are washable. I wear the black on black for dress shoes too since I can't wear fancy shoes, and they are conservative enough to get away with. I have very picky feet and very sensitive legs and I highly recommend these!

I love these insoles so much. I was on the brink of getting foot surgery many years ago and I came across these insoles. I had tried pretty much every insole on the market for my foot pain.
