- PLEASE NOTE: The lower level inserts provide the foot strengthening stimulus. The level 6 and 7 inserts function more like supporting mechanisms than foot strengthening stimulus mechanisms.
Barefoot Science® Insoles are easily trimmable with scissors to fit your shoes.
To fit Barefoot Science Full Length Insoles into shoes that HAVE removable insoles, remove the shoes' generic insoles and use them as a guide to trim the Barefoot Science Full Length Insoles in the forefoot area only.
To fit the Barefoot Science 3/4-Length insoles into shoes WITHOUT removable insoles, trim the Barefoot Science 3/4-Length Insoles in the forefoot area only.
DO NOT trim the heel areas of the Barefoot Science Insoles.
To clean, simply wipe with a cloth and warm soapy water. Rinse with warm water.
DO NOT Machine wash.
AIR DRY ONLY: Do not put in dryer or dry over a heat source.

US Orders: If applicable, Duties and Tariffs are calculated at check out. Biopods pays the Customs Brokerages fees.
Please Note: The $800 de minimis threshold was removed by the US government so all shipments under USD $800 that were previously moving into the US without a clearance needed or duties applied are now subject to a brokerage clearance and applicable tariffs/duties. International Orders: Orders shipped to countries other than Canada and the USA may be subject to duty, taxes, and brokerage fees depending on the product(s) you are purchasing and the total order value. Please contact your local customs office to obtain the correct information.
