I have been using the 3/4 length, so I can interchange them, for years. I have purchased several sets of the 7-step system, and even use these inserts in my slippers. After 20 years with chronic pain, and multiple surgeries, the Biopods shoes jumpstarted my feet. I have had multiple surgeries: lower back, plantar fascia release in my left leg, and right shoulder. I have been dealing with back, knee, hip pain and had bad hemoroids. Physical therapy, multiple expensive custom made orthotics ,( all prescribed by doctors), tried and own a lot of pair of shoes, etc, made both of my feet very weak and developed 5th metatars pain that prevented me from walking. After a month on using the shoes daily and walking barefoot, I started to feel better . Every night, when I go to bed, I feel that my feet had a workout.
I had to push through pain and there were times when I wanted to give up, but the next morning i was back training my feet with the Biopods shoes.
The team at Biopods really cares, especially Roy and Dayl, who helped me chose the right size and explained me the science behind the Biopods.
I strongly recommend this product for anyone who wants to jumpstart their health.

First of all: I love the 3/4 length imsoles that I got. I didn’t think I’d like them as much as full length but I like them better. Second of all: I ordered the wrong size and customer service was amazing! I shipped the wrong ones back and they immediately sent the new ones. Great experience!

Started my 7 step journey 3 weeks ago. Definitely feel the support in my arch. I’m ready to move up to my 2nd level. 1st week arches could feel something was happening. Week 1&3 not so much so going to move up a level.

I now have these in black and black on white. It took a bit of time for my feet to readjust to the flatter sole but the wide toe box has saved me after a sprained toe made it too painful to wear my old shoes and I feel my feet and legs are supporting themselves more than they have in years. They are comfortable, they are cute. They are washable. I wear the black on black for dress shoes too since I can't wear fancy shoes, and they are conservative enough to get away with. I have very picky feet and very sensitive legs and I highly recommend these!

I love these insoles so much. I was on the brink of getting foot surgery many years ago and I came across these insoles. I had tried pretty much every insole on the market for my foot pain.
