Frequency-Tuning Your Insoles
The six rose-quartz spheres in each Resonance insole can be tuned to selected audio frequencies using the Biopods Resonance Generator.
Speaker systems differ in their acoustic output. Computer and external speakers generally produce greater vibrational amplitude and mechanical energy at the selected frequency than smaller phone speakers. For this reason, speaker placement and recommended tuning time vary according to the device being used.
Follow the step-by-step instructions below for tuning your insoles with a phone, computer, or external speakers.
Tuning With Your Phone
Your insoles feature a high-performance N52 Neodymium Magnetic Sphere surrounded by a crystalline matrix. This advanced design amplifies the natural energy field under your foot's arch.
Because N52 is a powerful, premium-grade magnet, you might wonder if placing your phone against it during tuning will cause damage.
The short answer is no. Modern smartphones use flash memory and digital screens that are completely safe around static magnetic fields.
However, a few of your phone's ultra-sensitive internal navigation and camera sensors can become temporarily confused if they get too close.
Follow these simple positioning steps to protect your phone's sensors while achieving a perfect, deep acoustic resonance.
The Sandwich Method (Tuning Both Insoles)
The best way to tune your insoles is to create an "acoustic sandwich."
This layout muffles the sound to the room while trapping and driving 100% of the pure Sine wave energy directly into the crystals.
1) Base Layer: Place the Left Insole flat on a hard, solid surface (like a stone countertop or glass table) with the arch dome facing up.
2) Volume & Time: Open the Biopods Resonance generator, select your preferred frequency and set the volume to a comfortable, undistorted 50% to 60% and run it for 45 minutes. The insoles will naturally muffle the sound to the room while driving 100% of the energy into the crystals.
3 Phone Placement: Lay your phone flat on top of the left insole's dome. Align the bottom edge of the phone directly over the arch center.
4) Top Layer: Take the Right Insole, flip it upside down, and rest its arch dome facing down directly onto the top edge of your phone's screen.
Following this method should achieve a perfect, deep acoustic resonance that will last for 2 to 3 weeks.
If you are uncertain which frequency to select, begin with 528 Hz.
Smart Positioning Rules for Sensor Safety
To keep your phone running perfectly during the session, keep these three quick tips in mind:
- Keep the Camera Clear: Your phone uses tiny, delicate magnets to stabilize the camera lens when taking videos (Optical Image Stabilization). Always position your phone so the camera lenses hang off the edge or point away from the arch domes. Only the speaker area needs to make direct contact.
- The Cardboard Shield: If you want extra peace of mind, slide a thin piece of cardboard (like a cereal box cutout) or a plastic coaster between the phone's screen and the top insole. The pure Sine waves will pass straight through it, but the extra 1–2 millimeters of space drastically reduces the magnetic pull on your phone's internal sensors.
- Compass Recalibration: Because the N52 magnet temporarily overwhelms your phone's internal compass, your GPS/Map apps might look slightly disoriented immediately after a tuning session. Don't worry—this is temporary. Simply walk a few feet away from the insoles and spin your phone in a figure-8 motion in the air for a few seconds to instantly recalibrate it.
Tuning With Computer & External Speakers
External audio systems, subwoofers, and laptop speakers deliver significantly greater mechanical energy and higher vibrational amplitude than a smartphone. The resulting acoustic resonance is much deeper. Due to this high-energy input, a single session provides a longer-lasting entrained charge, maintaining its resonance for 4 to 6 weeks.
Follow these specific positioning rules based on your speaker setup to ensure the acoustic vibrations drive directly into the core of the arch dome matrix:
Option A: External Speakers & Subwoofers (Best Results) Using external speaker cones or a dedicated subwoofer produces the absolute best tuning results due to their superior low-frequency mechanical displacement.
- The Vertical Prop Layout: Most external speakers face horizontally. To maximize energy transfer, prop your insoles up vertically against a heavy object (like a stack of books) directly in front of the speaker or subwoofer cone.
- Alignment: Face the top of the insole's arch dome directly toward the speaker grill, keeping them no more than 2 to 4 inches away. This allows the horizontal acoustic waves to emit directly into the top of the matrix.
Option B: Built-in Computer Monitor Speakers Many desktop computers have speakers built directly into the bottom or sides of the monitor chassis, which typically broadcast downward or forward.
For Downward-Firing Speakers: Place the insoles flat on a solid surface with the arch domes facing up. Use a book, small box, or yoga block to elevate the insoles directly below the monitor chassis, getting them as physically close to the speaker source as possible.
For Side or Rear-Firing (Horizontal) Speakers: Prop your insoles up vertically against a heavy object on either side of the monitor or directly behind it. Face the top of the arch domes directly toward the speaker grills, keeping them within 2 to 4 inches of the source.
Optimal Insole-Tuning Distance: In all instances, the closer the insole dome's top surface is to the front face of the speakers, the better the tuning effect.
Volume & Time Setup: (For Both Options)
- Open the Biopods Resonance Generator and select your frequency (528 Hz is highly recommended).
- Set your speaker or subwoofer volume to a moderate, undistorted level (roughly 30% to 50%).
- Run the frequency generator for 30 minutes.
