To clean Biopods sneakers, just wipe them down with a damp cloth and warm water.
They’re also machine washable — gentle cycle, cool water, no fabric softener.

Air dry only. Do not machine-dry or expose to direct heat.

I prefer the insoles which I also purchased. The shoes are good but after a while they give me sore heels.

Amazing and just what you need to get healthy again

After 20 years with chronic pain, and multiple surgeries, the Biopods shoes jumpstarted my feet. I have had multiple surgeries: lower back, plantar fascia release in my left leg, and right shoulder. I have been dealing with back, knee, hip pain and had bad hemoroids. Physical therapy, multiple expensive custom made orthotics ,( all prescribed by doctors), tried and own a lot of pair of shoes, etc, made both of my feet very weak and developed 5th metatars pain that prevented me from walking. After a month on using the shoes daily and walking barefoot, I started to feel better . Every night, when I go to bed, I feel that my feet had a workout.
I had to push through pain and there were times when I wanted to give up, but the next morning i was back training my feet with the Biopods shoes.
The team at Biopods really cares, especially Roy and Dayl, who helped me chose the right size and explained me the science behind the Biopods.
I strongly recommend this product for anyone who wants to jumpstart their health.
I hope they plan to make Biopods waterproof shoes to wear them in the cold/rainy season.
