The graphics are more sophisticated than the actual product. The velcro came with glue still wet. The booklet is missing the letter f in almost every sentence.
The insole itself, still trying to decide. It's better made than the insole you sell separately since the silicon piece is under the top coat. I think the totally flat sole may be too flat for me to wear day to day. I need a slightly higher sole to be comfortable. Still trying. I like the wide toe box, the material and the overall look.
I ordered a customized size but am not sure if it's too tight in the toe area.... When I wore for several hours I had inner thigh pain next morning. I need to switch between them and my regular shoes with your insoles.
